These custom matching wall sconces and pendant fixtures were presented to Modular International as a hand drawn sketch, and from that sketch, the design was brought to life. The design team produced a few variations of their concept and Modular International sent back drawings with revisions until the final product was established and the design was met. The concept for these sconces and pendant fixtures was to reflect the shift in the universality to a more artistic and expressive sense with the addition of their cinematography, graphic design and fine arts programs. The fixtures also reflect the interior design elements present throughout the student apartment building they adorn.
