City Center located in Tyson’s Corner, VA, Modular International manufactured three different styles of these three circuited wall sconces to be used in different areas throughout the maxed-used building complex. CityCenter is a large mixed-use complex that takes up an entire city block and features high-end retail and cafes at street level with luxury apartments and penthouses above. Modular International engineered these exterior wall sconces with integral eye hooks for aircraft cables to attach, transforming the overhead space into an immersive plane for art exhibitions, holiday decorations, etc. all powered by the exterior rated GFI receptacles on the underside of each wall sconce. Additional horizontal and rectangular sconces were produced for loading dock areas and for general downlighting in non-retail areas.
