Modular International Wins Multiple Industry Awards for Innovative Dim-to-Warm LED Modules
Modular International, a leader in custom-engineered energy efficient lighting solutions, announces that its Dim-to-Warm LED Modules have received four industry awards in 2024 including, LEDs Magazine BrightStar Award, BUILDINGS Magazine’s Product Innovation Award, the I+S Product Innovation Award, and Architectural Products’ 2024 Product Innovation Award.
These recognitions highlight the modules’ exceptional performance, which surpasses industry averages for lumen per watt efficiencies and offer high delivered lumen outputs. These achievements follow the success of Modular International’s 579e module series, bringing the total count of awards for Modular International’s energy-efficient and cost-effective LED modules to 10 within two years of their release.
In addition to the Dim-to-Warm modules, Modular International’s 579e LED Modules have earned six industry awards, cementing the company’s position as an energy efficiency leader. With the addition of the new multi-award-winning Dim-to-Warm and 579e LED modules, Modular International’s award-winning product line expands to over 29 million possible product combinations which promises to revolutionize lighting design.
The Dim-to-Warm LED modules provide an innovative lighting solution that mimics the warm dimming effects of traditional incandescent lighting while offering the energy efficiency and longevity of modern LED technology. The modules feature a color spectrum ranging from 3000K at full brightness to 1800K as the light is dimmed. This allows for a smooth transition from a warmer, inviting glow at the low end to whiter light and an increased illuminance at the high end. Dim-to-Warm modules are ideal for both residential and commercial building sectors including hotels and restaurants, retail, corporate office, K-12 and higher education institutions, entertainment and mixed used spaces, etc.
The new Dim-to-Warm LED modules are available in wattages ranging from 6 to 40 watts, with delivered lumen outputs between 426 and 3,449 lumens. They offer exceptional efficiencies of 70-92 lm/w and superior color rendering, with R9 values that ensure vibrant, true-to-life colors in any setting. The Dim-to-Warm modules also offer a filter ring or shielding cylinder that can hold up to two 1/8” filter media for added glare control, providing a more focused and balanced lighting performance.
“These awards are a testament to our ongoing commitment to providing the highest quality lighting solutions that meet the evolving demands of our customers,” said Vice President of Business Development, Tony Madonna. “We know how impactful our Dim-to-Warm modules are, and we are looking forward to how they will enhance lighting designs in a wide range of industries.”
